Classic case of a Neecha Chandra who is with Ketu , Though they are far away from each other Ketu still will exert some influence on Chandra . Not that Chandra the 8th lord is in the 12th , aspected by the 12th lord and in the portion of a gandanta Nakshatra @ 29.25 . The moon is finished . This person has been institutionalised several times over the years . He suffers from severe Scizophrenia and also has a violent streak due to the aspect of Kuja on Chandra . Note the number of Raja yoga's and see the tragedy of the person . all Raja yogas are futile . This is why I have said several times . "When the moon is down , all Raja yogas are gone "

Astroboy,

There is a common view that the evils of 8th Lordship doesn't apply to Ravi and Chandra. How far is this applicable?

The son of the devil needs no introduction . This is a classic case of extreme intellect getting perverted . This is why I say , Budha and Chandra should always be in a good place .

Also please understand the other factors ,

To who you are born ,
where you are Born

Obviously the parents did not do a good job of bringing up their son .

McVeigh was born in Lockport, New York, the only son and the second of three children of William and Mildred "Mickey" McVeigh. His parents divorced when he was 10 years old and he was raised by his father in Pendleton, New York.

McVeigh claimed to have been a target of bullying at school and that he took refuge in a fantasy world where he retaliated against those bullies. At the end of his life he would state his belief that the United States government is the ultimate bully. Most who knew McVeigh remember him as being withdrawn, with a few describing him as outgoing and playful as a young child but withdrawn as an adolescent. McVeigh is said to have had one girlfriend during his childhood, later stating to journalists he did not know how to impress girls. According to his authorized biography, "his only sustaining relief from his unsatisfied sex drive was his even stronger desire to die."

While in high school, McVeigh became interested in computers and hacked into government computer systems on his Commodore 64, under a handle – "The Wanderer" – borrowed from the song by Dion DiMucci. In his senior year, McVeigh was named Starpoint Central High School's "most promising computer programmer," but otherwise graduated from the school (on June 2, 1986) with relatively poor grades.

McVeigh was introduced to firearms by his grandfather and became increasingly fascinated by them. McVeigh told people he wanted to be a gun shop owner and sometimes took firearms to school to impress his classmates. McVeigh became intensely interested in gun rights after he graduated from high school, as well as the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution, and read magazines such as Soldier of Fortune. He briefly attended Bryant & Stratton College before dropping out.

At age 20, in May 1988, McVeigh enlisted in the United States Army. While in the military, McVeigh used much of his spare time to read about firearms, sniper tactics, and explosives. McVeigh was reprimanded by the military for purchasing a "White Power" T-shirt at a Ku Klux Klan protest against black servicemen who wore what he viewed as "Black Power" T-shirts around the army base.

McVeigh was awarded a Bronze Star for his service in the first Gulf War. He also went to Sapper School.[citation needed] He had been a top-scoring gunner with the 25mm cannon of the Bradley Fighting Vehicles used by the U.S. 1st Infantry Division to which he was assigned. He served at Fort Riley, Kansas, before Operation Desert Storm. At Fort Riley, McVeigh completed the Primary Leadership Development Course (PLDC). McVeigh later would say that the Army taught him how to switch off his emotions. He had special lifesaving training and may have saved the life of a comrade who had life-threatening shrapnel wounds.

McVeigh aspired to join the United States Army Special Forces (SF). After returning from the Gulf War, he entered the selection program to become an SF soldier, but he quit and his psychological profiles catergorized him as very unsuitable for SF. Shortly thereafter, McVeigh decided to leave the army. He was discharged on December 31, 1991. McVeigh was given an honorable discharge from the Army Reserve in May 1992.

On April 19, 1995, McVeigh drove the truck to the front of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building just as its offices and day care center opened for the day. Before arriving, he stopped to light a 5 minute fuse. At 9:02 a.m., a large explosion destroyed the north half of the building. The explosion was so powerful that McVeigh, who was jogging away from the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building was lifted off the ground. The explosion killed 168 people and 450 were injured. Nineteen of the victims were small children and babies in the day care center on the second floor of the building.

McVeigh expressed no remorse for the deaths of the children, what he referred to as "collateral damage" but said he might have chosen a different target if he had known the day care center was open. According to Michel and Herbeck, McVeigh claimed not to have known there was a day care center in the Murrah Building and said that if he had known it, in his own words:

It might have given me pause to switch targets. That's a large amount of collateral damage.
Michel and Herbeck quote McVeigh, with whom they spoke for some 75 hours, on his attitude to the victims:

To these people in Oklahoma who have lost a loved one, I'm sorry but it happens every day. You're not the first mother to lose a kid, or the first grandparent to lose a grandson or a granddaughter. It happens every day, somewhere in the world. I'm not going to go into that courtroom, curl into a fetal ball and cry just because the victims want me to do that.

According to the Oklahoma City Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism (MIPT), more than 300 buildings were damaged. More than 12,000 volunteers and rescue workers took part in the rescue, recovery and support operations following the bombing. In reference to theories that he had assistance from others, McVeigh responded:

You can't handle the truth. Because the truth is, I blew up the Murrah Building and isn't it kind of scary that one man could wreak this kind of hell?

On June 2, 1997, McVeigh was found guilty on all 11 counts of the federal indictment.

McVeigh tried to calm his mother by saying, "Think of it this way. When I was in the Army, you didn't see me for years. Think of me that way now, like I'm away in the Army again, on an assignment for the military."

On June 13, 1997, the jury recommended that McVeigh receive the death penalty

McVeigh maintained an upbeat attitude, noting that even after his execution, the score would still be "168 to 1" and thus he was the victor. He also said:
I am sorry these people had to lose their lives. But that's the nature of the beast. It's understood going in what the human toll will be.
He said that if there turned out to be an afterlife, he would "improvise, adapt and overcome", noting that: If there is a hell, then I'll be in good company with a lot of fighter pilots who also had to bomb innocents to win the war.

He also said:

I knew I wanted this before it happened. I knew my objective was state-assisted suicide and when it happens, it's in your face. You just did something you're trying to say should be illegal for medical personnel.

Now note the Dasha scheme,

Balance of Dasha at birth was Guru 10 years 4 months and 13 days

Shani dasha from 06 09 1978 - 06 09 1997 ( From 10 years 4 months to 29 years 4 months )

Budha dasha from 06 09 1997 - 06 09 2014 ( 29 years 4 months to 46 years 4 months )

The entire formative years were in Shani dasha . So why Did Shani dasha induce such a level of frustration and perversion ???

View this horoscope very very carfully and see how Budha is afflicted . Shukra is in Revati Nakshatra owned by Budha at 24deg37 , Rahu is in the same Nakshatra at 24deg34 and Shani is again in the same Nakshatra at 24deg15 . There is a Graha Yuddha which is won by Shukra and Rahu .

This is my Guru's Mantra , He keeps chanting it all the time " Rahu + Budha ...... The person will act like a crack , and think like a snake " :) ( We call mad people cracks :) . there are full cracks and half cracks . :D ) A person watering the plants in his garden while its raining is a half crack :) . We have a guy here who has fixed a car steering to a cycle . He is rated as a half crack .

Now note , Rahu is in Budha Nakshatra , and Budha is in Ketu Nakshatra . Now you know what the problem is .

Guru has become like a Napumsak here . Guess why ?? Firstly he is in a Mild Gandanta , In Ketu's Nakshatra and to top it all , Is with Maandi .

Both Chandra and Budha are in Rakshasa Amsha's .

every time I see a case like this , I have the irresistible urge to take a peek at the D60 . However I shudder to think of the consequences due to the inaccuracy of the Birth Time . But curiosity killed the Cat , Look at the Amsha Shani is in . He is in Pureeshaka Amsha . Pureeshaka means "the lord of the dead" . I am just wondering ..........

Now note the Moon in purvabhadrapada Nakshatra .

The alternative symbol of this nakshatra is a man with two faces . the individual can be a Jakyll and Hyde character . It can always put up a normal socially acceptable and cheerful front on the outside while holding its darker side inside at all times .

This Nakshatra is associated with all kinds of pains, injuries, accidents, deaths and endings.

Another alternate symbol of the Nakshatra is a single ray of sunshine , Indicating the desolate aspect of this nakshatra where hope is at a minimum and the light at the end of the tunnel is very faint .

The diety is Aja -Ekapada this mysterious creature forms the entourage of Rudra ( The fierce form of Shiva)
The secondary symbol of this Asterism are bones and skulls lying all around . The diety is Rudra , the fierce form of Shiva . This nakshatra carries the destrictive part of Shiva in much the same way as ardra . In fact this asterism is much more cruel and merciless than in comparision to Ardra .

If there is one word to sum up this Nakshatra , its "Diabolical" ( Timothy Mc veigh was exactly that .) a lot of negative human traits like Paranoia, pessimism, debauchery, violence, Hedonism, thirst for the Macabre, lying, deciet, cruelty, morbidity etc can be attributed to this Asterism .

All though most astrologers do not recognise this fact, this is the most intense amoungst the Nakshatras .
one peculiar trait of this asterism , is that it can drive a individual to be utterly devoted to whom he respects . Ramakrishna Paramahamsa has his Moon in this Nakshatra , and its clear that he worshipped Kali , the fierce Godess with Utmost devotion . This devotion helped him get rid of the negative aspects of the asterism and use the good side . This asterism drives people to be sincere and hard working to the a cause . For ramakrishna , It was God . For Timothy , it was destruction . Both succeded in their efforts .

If a through case study of mass murderers , Homicides , and Genocides are carried out it would be found that most people involved whould have some strong connection with this asterism . The nakshatra relats to both te presecutor and the persecuted . A purvabadra individual will stand on one foot for 10 years if he believes and is convinced that it is going to bring them a desired result .

Purvabhadra individuals are susceptable to extreme views and often end up in fundamental and extremist groups . All kinds of sexual perversions and phobias are seen in this nakshatra .

Professions include , Morticians , surgeons, coffin makers, cemetary keepers, Radicals, fundamentalists , fanatics, present day psychiatrists ( who often make things worse) the dark side of the film industry , the Porn industry weapon manufacturers.

Dear Kandhan,
The word pranayama can be broken into prana+aayaama, which means to regulate the life force. Actually there are 211 pranayamas but the basic principle is the same. Only very very few people in the world know what it is. All these practices called by different names are not pranayamas at all.

Pranayama involves identifying the life force in you and regulating it to create a balance in body, mind & spirit. It does not involve any inhalation or exhalation.

Though Oxygen sustains the life force in you, it cannot act independent of it. Once a man dies, his prana leaves his body and any amount of injecting Oxygen can never bring him back to life.

There are basically 2 popular schools of practicing pranayama, one the method taught by Thirumoolar which can help a man to take the prana thru the brahmarandra and merge with the lord.
The second school is of a recent great Shivananda Paramahamsa of Vadakara in Kerala.

You need a full fledged and competent master to teach you pranayama and the one you are looking for is called "Gadha Gadham" which has the power to unearth the dormant energies in you and elevate you to better levels of consciousness. More about this when we meet in person.

With warm regards,
Ramanan
