Dear members

How is this conjucntion explained ?'
Rahu /Moon in 10th in Dhanu lagan is good/bad.

My Rahu dasha has brought me to a higher level but with lot of ups and downs, mental tension etc.?
Please explain this in detail.

I am always confused and my mind IS not sound. What can I do about it ?
Please explain .

There is harly any sense in asking such question unless birth particulars are made available, because itis not the placement of Rahu and Moon in10th , but other effects through aspects etc, , their strength in navamsa chart and major and subperiods running are to be taken in consideration in assessing the effects of their placement in 10th -
