The current Venus Bhukti until 8/2013 is favorable ..Venus is the Asc lord well placed in the 4th house and in D10 it is the 10th lord placed in own sign in the 10th..
The bhuktis of Sun and Moon that follows Venus is also goos as Both Sun and Moon are strong in ur chart..I do not see any afflictions in ur chart from career pt of view.Things will pick up from the 2nd half of this year

Yes Rahu MD and sade sati could be causing frustration...Rahu and ketu are karmic planets and are the most difficult to predict and their periods are characterized by ups and downs..The good thing is Saturn moves to libra in nov and sade sati ends for u and furthermore saturn will be exalted ..Saturn is a benefic YK for ur Asc..
Jupiter dasha from 2017 shud provide a lot of relief..Till then there could be a mix of ups and downs

I would like to bring one thing for ur notification, that is in my 'D10 chart,

Saturn is placed in lagna and aspecting 10th position , is it not effect Career? and
mars, mercury and kethu are in 12th position, is it not effect expenditure and career?
