Hello deepa,

1) Asc. Scorpio is in Vargottam

2) L5 is Ju, in temporally neutral sign of Venus in D1 ( but not a naturally friendly sign)....and in D7 Ju is in it's mooltrikona sign.
Ju is the karak for progeny

3) Mars is aspecting the 5th house of progeny in D1 whihc is also friendly.

4) Asc Lord Ju in Mooltrikona. and aspecting the 5th house
5) L5 is Mars in neutral sign of Gemini in 7th
6) In D7, 5th house lord is Sun, conjunct with innimical Me, but in friendly Mars.

Jupiter will transit in Pisces on 6th dec (my fifth house) will it be favorable or when it transits in Aries( my husbands 5th house)
that time will be good....

How is Saturn placement in my horoscope?

Yes...i know someone who concieved in debilitated Sa, AD.
as I said that there are a couple of innimical planets creating delays from your husband's side.
Saturn is combusted in yuor horoscope....which means his ability to do malefic is severely limited.

Jupiter will transit in Pisces on 6th dec (my fifth house) will it be favorable or when it transits in Aries( my husbands 5th house)
that time will be good....

In Dec you will be running the PD of Me, whohc is well placed in a friendly sign in the 10 the house of honors.
I give importance to transits only when looking at generalized phenomenon's for various Rasis.
For well casted charts, the specifics of a small period can be very well looked at by going down to lower sub-level such as PD in the Vimsottari Dasas

Our marital relationship is good. Actually I take tensions ( my habit) and at present I am taking stress regarding progeny. I get tensed even at small matters.
Probably its the Rahu transiting in Dhanu rashi conjunct my natal moon which is giving me tensions.
Do we need any medical treatment for progeny ?

I know how to look for Dasha and Antardasha but not Prayantardasha. If u could write a website for knowing the Prayantardasha....

Hello Deepa,
per my undertsanding transits can only aggravate an underlying bad horoscope.
Cannot create dramatically bad situations out of a good horoscope. You can download Jhora software from here for free

..that can show you the sub-dasas down to the few hourly levels for example today you are running Moon-Sa-Me-Me-Me-Me period.
Howver use it with caution you won't need to go lower that MD-AD-PD level
Regarding medical treatment...I don;t know..what has the doctors suggested???. Your 5H lord Ju is in the 12th but in it's Mooltrikona sign.
Might indicate hospitalization expenses relating to pregnancy / child birth...but nothing worse

I had hopes in Moon mahadasha and jupiter antardasha as jupiter is lord of fifth house.
According to some astrologers ketu mahadasha in my husbands chart is favorable for having a child.
I am a beginner in astrology so dont know much.
