For the financial condition to be fine we have to see the 11th house or its lord from AL. Benefics placed here would give wealth and malefics will not. In your case 11th from AL is Dhanus rasi and its lord is conjoined Venus. Jupiter is the dire enemy of Venus and you are under Jupiter Maha dasa and Venus antara which started from 23.6.2008-21.02.2011.
The sign dhanus is being aspected by Rahu,ketu,Venus and Jupiter. All planets excpet ketu are friendly to Jupiter. hence all these planets would give wealth during its periods.
Now the Maha Jupiter is not friendly to Mercury and it is placed in the house of Gemini and its lord is Mercury. hence during the periods of Jupiter financial conditions would not be good. It does not mean that it will not give totally but the finances would be restricted and you will feel the pinch of it.
And also the 11th house from Lagna are having malefic which is not good.
