u running the favorable period of YK Venus until 2024... Venus as L9 house of foreign travel is in the 12th house of foreign stay.. So Venus MD will give foreign travel at some point..but since 12th is also a dusthana ,it wll be after inital struggle
Foreign travel could happen either in Venus/Jupiter or Venus/Saturn

Moon is the 6th lord of health well placed in the 2nd house of family affairs... Health issues could be due to aspects from Mars and Saturn from the 8th house but since Saturn is ur lagna lord ,issues will be minor and u will overcome them from time to time

Saturn transit to 10th house of ur chart between nov 2014-2017 will be good for ur career

Also ,the fact that 8th lord mercury is in the lagna will give frequent health issues.. I think Mercury is the planet to be blamed, But Mercury being L5 as well is a benefic for you but its placement in the lagna and in addition being the 8th lord,it will give health issues from time to time

i did get ur p.m , Maybe the fact that venus is in 12th house is giving issues/struggle as 12th is the house of loss.. i am unable to pinpoint the exact cause/planet/afflictions if any...keep in mind , I am not an astrologer...would recommend u try to take the guidance of a good astrologer if needed

Also ,the fact that lagna lord Saturn is in the 8th house....lagna lord saturn in the 8th being a du-sthan gives struggles/obstructions/health issues in life...This is a permanent feature of ur chart... Presently Venus MD is running and venus is in the 12th and dispositor of Venus is Saturn who is in the 8th ..So venus is weak by placement and dispositor Saturn is also weak by placement .. This is the reason why u r facing challenges... the dispositor of 8th lord mercury is Saturn again ,so there is 8th house and dusthana connections all around...try to reach out to learned astrologers for appropriate remedies
