A couple of Q-
Does Jupiter get neechbhanga here? In my opinion, it does not, please confirm.
Current dasha is that of exalted Me, and a benefic on top. Why does native not feel the effects and wants a change? I see that Ketu & Rahu change nakshatra . Essantially, L6 & L12 getting stonger. Rahu's dispositor- Jupiter is it showing the effect of deb. Jupiter? Native is currently running Rahu AD. Also, Rahu is transiting over its natal postion. Rahu being aspected by Saturn (2L- marak), the AD cannot be good, even though there is benfic aspect of moon. I think there will be some significant change after Dec 1st week. In 2008 & 2009, rahu would have been transiting over natal Jupiter- resulting in negative 3rd & 12H effects.

Kamakshi, How has the period between Oct 2008 till now been?

In a women's horoscope, lagna in even sign, with strong benefics (Me, & Ve) is said to make the said women lucky. Moon is slightly weak though.

Jupiter is 3L & 12L. I had heard that deb. of dushthan house is a raj yoga. As you said Ju dasha is bound to be better. Benefic MD/ benefic AD.

I do not think jupiter gets neechbhanga coz of its retrogression..Moreover it is not in a kendra from the moon..Rahu is in a dusthana and yes it is giving the effects of its dispositor- deb L12 Jupiter ..Both Rahu and saturn aspect each other and Saturns aspect is good here as in addition to being L2 ,he is the lagna lord..the actual maraka for capricorn native is Rahu himself as he co-owns aquarius and is L2..IMO,Lagna lord cannot be a maraka irrespective of his other lordship (As per my knowledge but I could be wrong)
And yes ur right ,the native feels a need for change due to 12th house effects and note that rahu is in the 12th in d-1,d-9 and d-10

most of the turbulence was probably caused due to presence of rahu and the fact that rahu was transiting over lagna and debilitated jupiter in transit in 2008-2009.. Even presently ,it is transiting over natal rahu causing overall distress in life ..Looking at ur chart, u shud have excellent material prosperity coz of the placement of trinal lord mercury ,YK Venus and lagna lord saturn ..If u show enough determination,there is no reason why u cannot have all the luxuries in life.. If u do not have any interest in materialistic pursuits, then that is a totally different thing..!!

frequent health problems could be attributed to placement of lagna lord in the 6th house since 6th is the house of diseases ..6th also receives the malefic aspect of rahu from the 12th
