Hi
There are two points to be taken when talking of meeting a guru
1)Rahu when placed in the 9th house is not conducive for meeting a guru. Rahu in 9th is the Marana karaka for the planet itslef.He is the lord of the 10th house
2)Saturn in the 1st is the Marana karaka for the placed and it is the lord of the 9th and 10th house.
3)Placement of Guru in the 8th house is also not good as it is generated Asura yoga.
So Guru will not come to you, you have to go and look for a guru
