Dear shital,
thx for posting in the forum. I requested so because I personally have learnt a lot over the years from such forums.
any readings / review case-studies done in the forums benefits learners like me a lot.

1) Ve the karak of marriage is your lord of acendant and in Vargottama
2) Ju sits with your ascendant in Rasi and is the ascendant in Navamsa...and in both cases sending a benefic 7th drishti to the house of marriage.
Both those positives will support the happening and dispensation of marriage

3) Moon is in your house of marriage in the rasi and navamsa......your marriage should most likely happen between Nov 2010 ( now) to Sep 2011.
You husband will be a mild mannered , gentle cultured man in a medical or related profession or in some way associated with the shipping/ cargo type industries or business ( influence of moon )

Hoever there are a couple of major set-backs which will make the marriage a big challange to see through:

4) Mars is casting a malefic aspect sitting in an enemy Rasi in the 12th house ( dusthan) in the Rasi

5) Ke is conjoined with Ascendant and Ra in the house of marriage with Sun and a number of other planets...in the Navamsa. The 1-7 axis of Ketu-Rahu is very bad for marriage.

Health problems to the spouse / bad company of people/ loss of wealth..... might affect him...and will be some of the reasons that will affect your marriage. There may be other situations...causing bitterness and quarrels.

To mince no words marriage may be extremely problematic...for reasons you cannot control......Oct 2011 to Oct 2013 and then 2018 might be severe periods.

Now that you know the bad possibilities........you can prepare yourself mentally, spiritually, religiously to fight the battle in case you want to get married.
remember items-1 and 2) i.e Lord Brihspati the biggest of the benfics and lord Shukra are favorable...and will help you to pull it throuhg...if you are willing to take the challange

--Faith + determination can move mountains...plus there will always be some benefics offering help...so there is always hope [ as in case of shital Ju and Ve help her.]
--Remedies would be Mantra, Yantra and Pooja...for Mars, Ketu...do the Jaaps, religiously, piously and unfailingly. They will defnitely help reduce the severity of pain and avoid a complete break-down. You can google remedies for all grahas...plus there are some nice articles i have seen in the remedies section of this forums
--Afflictions / adversity seen in the Navamsa for marriage..... in my undertsanding are in your spouse as seen from your horoscope.

what is written here are my views and experienced based beliefs...that the Ra-Ke or Ke-Ra axes are one of the most important parameter in judging the carried forward Karmik debts/ liabilities...and the available free-will components.

1)On the 1-7 Ke-Ra axis...the tragic and bad that is predetermined in your life and marriage is HUGE...almost like someone has sent you in this world with a time-bomb tied to you.
2)while when you get to the 6-12 Ra-Ke axis the predetermined bad is remarkably less compared to the 1-7 situation above. Scenario 2 often times will have much more flexibility with their free-will.
3) again there are many other factors to be looked at but the Ke-Ra or Ra-ke axis is a very, very important one


If you find the theory credible in principle....you will have to apply on real life cases...to validate and feel confident yourself.
althouhg standalone you will find many refrences to the Ketu-the-Karma-based-MokshaKarak......and Rahu the mataerialism achiever.....that can cross any boundaries purely on desire and determination.

Sola, Yes having nodes on 1/7 axis in partners chart is helpful. Having a malefic in 7H will also be helpful....except Mars unless you are also a Manglik.

If theres a fish pond nearby ...feed the fish and / or birds.

Shilpa, Its similar cancellation like we have for manglik Dosha. Actually since I have nodes debilitated on 1/7 axis I m always curious about the kind of chart I should get married to...if ever ! I put up this question to a very renowned astrologer and I have written what he advised me. He said that she has to have a malefic in 7H other wise the relationship will not survive. I can get more information if you have a specific question ?

let me seek your valuable feedback on 2 questions:
(1)I personally have not seen bad placements or aspects of Mars on marriage cancel out....even if they exist in both charts. what is your experience on this issue
(2) Have you any verfied cases where having a bad placement on the 1-7 axis for the partners cancels or even minimizes the effect in the natives chart?
In my verifiable experience 2 times negative makes it more negative and not less...hence I am asking for your verifiable experiences.

sinecruve- yes i know my moon dasha just started. i just hope wht u said comes out true...

cause many people had told me that my marriage will b in nov 2009. but still nothing happend. some even said sun-venus dasha i will b married. still nothing happened...that is y i am not much optimistic...

Your SU is in Shravan Nakshtra ruled by Moon and VE is 8L which is mangalaya sthana for women....so whoever predicted was not totally wrong....there were chances for you to get married in SU-VE dasha since both are placed together in 4H....but yes the chances were feeble. See MO also is aspected by Retro SA in Navmansha and 7L is placed with SA in Rashi chart...SA you know is a planet for delay...but now MD lord is placed in 7H itself and is strong enuf to provide marriage.

Did someone tell you that it could be love marriage as well ?? 5L and 7L together in Rashi chart and nodes on 1/7 axis in Navmansha....theres a indication for sure.

Sinecurve, what you say sounds interesting, although i think that i am manglik in navamsa (mars in 8th with 8L in 7H). so i need to consider many things to see if there would be some kind of remediation.

Shilpa, i also tend to believe only what i see, i guess time or people that experienced this situation could help us see if this can make the relationship better. But there would be many other things to compare as well..

technically saturn gets combusted upto within 15deg. say many books.
But i don;t even believe in these laid down technicalities because they have so many caveats....
There is no measurable-objective-verifiable definition of what happens to a planet's properties when it is combust.
Therefore I treat the subject of combustion subjectively. If it is in the same sign it will lose a lot of it's properties....a few degrees within or outsisde laid down limits notwisthstanding.
Because we do not have a measurable-calculatable-chart...therefore it doesn't matter whether the planet is within 5 deg from sun or 15 for subjective treatment

did i say limitless? to me treatment of combustion is subjective as starting with planet is within the same sign

OK if they are at the extreme ends of the sign, the impact is less....but this is an extreme case.

I don't think so.
I don;t think comparison of relationships of planets between 2 charts will supersede their standalone strengths.

However share with me if you have verifiable cases otherwise to discuss:

1) 2 bad or manglik charts cancelled each other when married. I further asked you earlier....completely or partially...and if partial how much?
2) 2 standalone good charts from marriage POV....not matched ended up in a very bad relationship?
