I have Saturn and Venus in Libra in the 2nd house. Great for liquid assets and speech, family is extremely important.

Primary sign does not translate in meaning to confirmatory sign.
In Vedic Astrology there are always exceptions.
But nevertheless, outward behviour and inner tendencies are two different aspects. The only way to really confirm is for a sizable number of astrologers to analyse your chart.
Still if the outcome of the analysis turns out to be negative, there are exceptions like I said and those are the exceptions that the group of astrologers who is analysing your chart that would be finding out.
Anyway see Aburulseep comments on this. Labels in sexuality areas are very complex. Most people would deny that they are gay because homosexual tendencies are generally frowned upon by the world and generally by Asians and especially by Muslims.
Aburulseep when he commented on the post on the Moon in Revati, he is speaking philsophically and he is counching it in philsophical terms. Also he was also emphasising that Revati tends to dissolve boundaries. But the gist of the meaning is there.

I have Ve-Sa conjunct Su-Me in my 10th house. I also happen to be a Revati Moon person. I have not had any homosexual feelings. I have had weird sexual desires/fantasies in the past but fortunately did not materialise

One possibility could be the conjunction where it is placed could be in the 9th to Jupiter or 5th to Jupiter. Houses which are trines to Jupiter are protective. I am just giving you an example.
Any kinds of protection can crop up in a chart. Another example a planet which disposits Sun and Jupiter (both are Dharmic planets) conjuncts Venus. Things like that.

The trouble with Venus having any connection with Saturn is that Venus loves spending, money, marriage bliss whereas saturn is a loner, restrictive, restraint in his behaviour including sexually which can sometimes make a 180 degrees about turn etc.
Their philosophy of life is different although their styles are similar. When you have compatible styles but different aims, it creates an intense conflict for a person as well as havoc in the person's life.
In the case for marriage, Venus goes for loving companionship after marriage but Saturn still wants to maintain its distance and aloofness.

I can completely understand why Saturn and Venus would be such good partners.
At times I can fall into extremes. I can be a real workaholic working non-stop for 16 hours. I can also have times of lethargy where I procrastinate for days. Some people have called me a workaholic. However when I do nothing but work I miss out on a social life and can easily burn out due to stress which takes away from the fulfillment of a job well done. When I procrastinate by doing fun things I am unable to completely enjoy it because I have all the work I haven't done in the back of my mind which also adds stress. The only answer to reaping benefits from both sides is to have good but realistic goals at work so that you can be satisfied with a job well done at the end of the day and then go & truly enjoy yourself in peace because you've succeeded in what you've had to do. Only when restriction and enjoyment are in BALANCE do they both shine. This rule can be applied to every aspect of life. For those who enjoy food you've probably noticed that sweets are so much more enjoyable and satisfying when you don't have too much. When you stuff yourself you get sick or at best get tired because you had too much sugar. When you restrict yourself just enough- you will fully enjoy it without the consequences. If you spend all your money on purchasing many entertainment gadgets you may find you end up spending all your time trying to figure out how they work- but if you restrict yourself to one or two things for now you will spend your time mostly enjoying your time with the one or two gadgets you have. Perhaps it is because I have been working since young, but I find that enjoyment and restriction go hand in hand.

I think it depends on individual horoscopes where sat venus are conjunt or they are also with other planets. For me in the 7 planet conjkuntion sat venus are together. Even in horoscopes sent in the forum, u can find Vidya and Kandan have them conjunct. So is it in Puttabarti Sai Baba's horoscope.
So does it mean they are homosexuals??? or may be we are approached by homosexuals???
Even when only ven sat are there in one house, whether they could be definitely homosexuals can we say so, I dont know.

Ven+Satu is given by BPHS and it is acknowledged by Rafael Gendarz. That is what I am saying. But you still have to look at the specifics of a chart.
I really think I have to ignore your queries from now on. The last time when this happened I did not even bother to read what you write as a follow-up. I must resolve to do that now for the last time.
However, any erroneous comments you make on any new posts I put up, I would have to put it right like how you tally up the Ashtakavarga scores instead of the parameters I used to guage the strength of a chart in one of my recent posts.
But I would not be addressing to you directly.
