You have chances of getting a job during December. But would face some delays and obstructions with job offer.
Marriage, health, sister and siblings are likley to face challenges, losses during January and Feb.
During 2011 you would get chances to move abroad. I expect you to send me feed back on my reading.
Try to perform remedies for unfavorable Mercury. Offer water to tulsi plant and green fodder to cows occassionally.
Keep patience with problems as we cannot control circumstances.

Iam married with a 1and half year son.

I am breaking my rule not to see charts (I am bored and tired of astrology). Venus is in papakarthari yoga. your tenth lord is debilitated in nakshatra of Shani. Shani is ill placed in 8th ,good for longevity, but may give chronic ailments. In one shot Shani connects to second, 8th (punishment /karmic punishment due to some karmas) and dasha lord. This is the astrological reason for your tight finances and wayward career. This is a static factor and will not change. Even if you show your chart to another 25 internet astrologers, the static promise of your chart will not change. Strengthen Shani by being organized in life with discipline, helping poor people (by doing charity work, making sandwiches and giving it to nearby homeless shelter, look at yellow pages). I do not believe in Gemstones (bogus remedy). Treat women in your life with respect. Enjoy the time with your children during these difficult times. Next March (2011 March) Shani will get slightly favorable. There are lot of positives also in your chart. So do not worry. BTW there is some problem in the latitude and longitude on Eluru that you have given.

10th lord Moon is debilitated in 2nd and a malefic Ketu is in 10th. Yogakaraka Sani(retro) is in 8th aspecting 10th,2nd,lagna lord Sukra.
DCs doesn't promise much.
This causes the problems you are facing.
Do shanty puja to Sani and Chandra through a pandit.

L2/L7 mars is in 6th house of service..placement is ok and storng in shadbala...it is placed in own house in d-10
L3/L6 jupiter in 3rd and own house in d-1..in own house in d-10 also but is forming guru-chandal yoga in navamsa dues to its conjuction with rahu
L4/L5 is ur yogakarak planet saturn but saturn is placed in 8th house which is good for longevity but 8th house gives breaks in education,career etc etc

Ramananji just wrote to me about how lucky one could get if Trines in Navmansha are well placed. Look at your chart....All 3 trine lords are in their own house in D9...its Gods grace and savior for you my friend !!
10L Moon is debilitated in 2H ...fluctuation in wealth...always !!. Since its vargottam....the planet maintains its dignity and doesnt hits hard. Now its in nakshatra of 8H placed Lord Shani, 10H/10L aspected by 8H SA and you are running SA SD. Listen to what Shamaji has written....and dont expect a quick return. Its Lord Shani and hes the judge who will decide whats right for you. You could also ask someone in India to do donations for you....if you could afford it please ask someone to donate black blankets to the needy outside the temples...since winters are approaching ...it will be a good deed !!

Your trouble is that the 10th L moon is debilitated both in Rashi and Navamsha and there is no neecha bhanga. Sun and Moon are both vargottam in your chart but the status is cancelled for Moon due to debilitation. Both Moon and Ketu, the planets connected to your 10th H is in the Nk of Shani (Anuradha & Pushya) and Shani is in the 8th retro. This will delay fulfillment in your career. Be very careful about risky investments and who you trust.
