First of all, Shani's retrogression though making him strong, will make him deliver erratic and delayed results. Rahu in the 10th in D10 is not good because, Rahu being Rahu, He will create some disturbance or the other in matters related to career. However Rahu in Kumbha is good. I have seen good results when he is placed there.
Madam, since you are also learning astrology please note my point. For any thing good to happen and continue in life, You must have a good 5th and 9th house. The 9th is very very important. The 9th stand's for "affluence and good fortune." affluence means abundance of money, property, and other material goods; riches; wealth, a continuous flowing to or towards any direction with out a break or a obstacle.Your husband's 11th lord and 8th lord is debilitated in the 9th house. This is the reason that he gets in to situations as you described " Husband had given interview for some positions but at last moment ,owing to one or other reason,nothing has finalised."
Guru is the karaka for "Profession's". Guru when afflicted causes all sorts of misfortunes. Guru is weak in shad bala. and to make matters worse he is in Ravi's Nakshatra. Ravi is further debilitated. Guru can only do so much. Couple 7.5 years of Shani, and you know where the trouble is

Now, i just want to add that in navmansha chart of my hubby,saturn is in his own house and in dasmansha chart ,its in 5th house(friend's house).10 th house in dasmansha is occupied by Rahu and i have heard "shanivat rahu".What do you think about this combination,would you still consider saturn as debilitated???.I have very superficial knowledge so just wanted to clear my doubts.

I assume that you want to say job change is not possible in sade sati period and relocation in April 2012 is not going to improve native's career front.
Am i right? i am confused and correct me if i am getting your point in wrong way?
His last job change was in 2009 june(running through AD of 5th lord and in pratayantra of 10 th lord).
If we consider dasha chidra for AD also then he was running through dasha chidra (last pratyantra of mercury AD).
kindly explain!!!!!

First of all,i want to say thanks to everyone for showing interest in posting.
Finally,almighty TIME has given its verdict and my husbands changed his job.I don't know what is stored in future for us but for the time being,its time to give my humble feedback.
ASTROBOY:Your analysis was very true and after much delay,in Jan 2011,out of those five companies,three returned with offer confirmation(this all happened within ten days).fourth company contacted in feb with offer confirmation and i found it very strange that after 3-4 months these companies removed 'ON HOLD' board.Hubby is running through moon-venus-saturn dasha.
MAP:My husband is back into IT.
PRSPUM ji;We have relocated to our desired place in India(we own a house here),its just like to coming back home.
SUDHIR :Oct showed us the true face of disappoinment and frustation.

Acc to ur husbands details,he is running Moon/Venus/Jup until 3/17 ..Sat PD starts on 3/17..
Moon the MD lord is 3rd lord well placed in a kendra- 4th house and is aspecting the 10th house of profession...So Moon Had to give him a job..Venus is Asc Lord placed in thr 7th and aspecting the lagna and own sign which is good ..10th lord and YK Saturn placed in the 2nd hous of wealth although a little tarnished due to close conjunction with ketu..Saturn is in own house in navamsa and in a friendly sign in a trinal placement in d-10..So Saturn alone is very strong in his chart..Deb of Sun is a worry in natal chart but it is placed ok in d-9 and d-10
The next Md of 12th lord mars could give an opportunity abroad as mars is strong in its own sign in the 12th in d-1

HUSBAND GOT A JOB OFFER ON 16 NOV AND JOIN THAT JOB ON 20 FEB.
IT AGAIN REQUIRE US TO MOVE OUT FROM THE CURRENT CITY AND SHIFTING TO OTHER CITY(WITHIN INDIA).

The native was never a healthy child,went through many operations and various kind of treatment till 88.He lost his father in 1990,father was only earning member of his family (his family was a lower middle class family),he faced many financial hardships.
Will all these changes bring good times or will we have to see some more tough time.He is happy with the job but not very happy with his designation.
Could you please elobrate "something related to property will happen?Are you hinting upon something disastrous or benificial?
I am really worried.
