Hi
In his chart the 11th lord Jupiter is placed in the 5th house which talks about friendship but the lord of the 5th house does not conjoined the house of the UL (Marraige) hence this would not culminate into marraige.
Even in your case your 5th lord has got no connection with the 11th lord nor they are connected with the UL or A7 hence in this case also the friendship would not culminate into marraige
The chances of you getting married would arise during the year 2012 as during this time you would be running capricon Maha Narayana dasa with Taurus Narayana Antar dasa and they are lorded by ketu and venus and both would bring about marraige.
