On the face of it, I am sorry to tell you that it will be a miracle if the money will be given back. That is as per your husband's chart. Having said that, It was you who took the money from him and gave it, so you become a astrological party to the case.
I cast a prashna chart at 7.40.57 12/08/2010 at bangalore. My interpretation is as follows,
Lagna lord is in the 12th house of "expenditure and losses"
12th lord is in the lagna
Parivarthana is of no use because it is with the 12th lord.
6th lord is aspecting the 4th house of "land and house" indicating that if you have to recove this money you will see a court.
8th lord's aspect on the 2nd indicates that you will have to file a case which is a long drawn process to get this money.
ketu in the 11th and in arudha lagna is not a good sign in the least.
All in all my prediction is this, I doubt if you will get the money the straight way. You will have to go to the poilce or the court to get it back. I doubt if you will get it back if you paid this in cash since only a legal battle will ensure recovery. Rahu in the 7th from the indicates that he has a intention to cheat so he has no inclination to return it. even though he has 100 reason's to say that he has problems.

Thank you, Astroboy for looking at the issue. Instead of using prashna can we look through horoscope and see what my husband's horoscope is saying. Actually we paid a total of 1 crore to him. It is a party of 10 people. But my husbands personal amount is 8 lakhs.
Madam let me be very honest with you, Your husband's horoscope is not a easy one to decifer. It's really unique in it's placement. The only way i can see is to follow the Dasha scheme. Can you tell me when you paid this money ?

Astro boy Ji, we gave the money to him on Oct 9th 2006.
I have 1 more question related to his career. Will he get director promotion any time soon? His is desparately waiting for promotion since 2 years.
I know he has 8 planets in 3 house. Jaganatha hora displays many raja yoga's.

Now your husband has a good D10 chart Rahu is debilitated in the lagna no doubt, but the 10th lord is exalted. AD of Ravi should have given him a promotion, but the state of Ravi in the D1 is not good. I expect Moon AD to act better and deliver it's results from it's lagna. I think promotion will come by Nov next year.
