dear shalabh
For your rahu dasa it is sufficient if you chant the rahu portion from Vyasa Navagraha stotra - 108 times daily. You can perfectly read radha sahsranam. Regarding Vishnu Sahasranamam you can recite it without nyasa if you dont have a specific sankalpa. But if you have one, (that is you are reading it for a particular purpose) then the nyasa is necessary.
hope this clarifies

Dear Sonu
Nyasa is a way of purification like you have the anganyasa and Karanyasa. The nyasas are different for different stotras as written by the sages. For eg. the 5 elements are represented by LAM, RAM, HAM, VAM, YAM as it goes I shall just give you one example.
LAM Prithviathmane deepam darshayami
to pray to the earth element and for its purification in our body we show a lamp like aarti to the deity in question.
Likewise there are offerings for each element and once all the offerings are over it is believed that the anga shudhi is done.
The purification is done by invoking the deity in question and requesting them to settle down in us completely before chanting the stotra or the sloka. Bit by bit the deity is invoked.
For example in shiva kavacha we invoke the deity from the fingers chanting mantras like Angushtaabyaam namaha, dharjanibyaam namaha, madhyamaabyaam namaha, invoking the god firstly from fingers that is the thumb, the index, and the middle and so on. Once the deity completely settles down in us it is believed that the fruit of the sankalpa for which we are doing the chanting is assured.

Dear Ramanan,
Thanks for this info. I got the practical feel of it while I was performing "RudraAshtadhyayi" from Shuklayajurveda with my priest today. And he helped me understand this as well.
You are an angel
