As per what I have studied and heard from various well renowned astrologer of Jaganatha tradition they say that first we have to look for KSY/KAY and then look for any shrapa in the chart. In your chart there is Kala sarpa dosha as Rahu is leading the pack and with the ketu ending it. The areas of concern are 4th and 10th house.
In your chart the 8th house lord is placed in the lagna which is not a good house for the native as it is the Marana Karaka sthana for the planet saturn. Saturn is not interested in giving a good health to the native.Hence health would have been a concern to the native.
Secondly the plant which gives health is placed in the lagna along with saturn and both are dire enemies. So there would be tug of war between Sun and saturn and during the dasas and antar dasas of saturn and Sun native would have good health and not a good health
In your case the 10th house lord is placed in the 2nd house which denotes that native would carry on with the business of the family as 2nd bhava denotes family. it also states that if the 10th lord is placed in the 2nd house it would bring Simhasana Yoga to the native during the middle part of his life.
Above all this as you have KSY this has to be rectified. The only benefic which can help you overcome out of this yoga is Jupiter . So I suggest you recite the Tara Mantra of the dasa Mahavidya clan

Also I would like to ask you that my 7th lord Sat combust in lagna does it affect my married life negetively appart from the delay in
marrieage which I am experiencing ?
Sat is exlated in navamsa so does it counter the cumbustion effect in Rasi to certain degree ?

Read the book on KSY by KN Rao that dispels many dogmatic beliefs on KSY etc. This is the first time I am seeing your chart. Jupiter for this makara lagna, will give good results if it is ill placed or aspected by many malefics. In your case it may be giving you lot of travels, lot of public interaction, sales etc. See Obama's vipareeta raja yoga chart for example. If you still insist that you have this KSY dosha etc. I suggest you visit Kukke Subramanya temple (I visited in 1990 when I was studying at Surathkal, just to see the temple) and get any pariharamas done. According to the website the Sarpa Samskara has to be done only by a person who has done pithru samskara and upanayana -all for 1600 Rs. I am sure this temple is less commercialized than Sri Kalahasti temple. I do not do PMs. Send email at nakshatras@[No Personal Contact Details on Public Forum].com. Good luck.

can you please define the combination's for Kalasarpa Yoga and Sarpa yoga as per your opinion ? I am very interested to know what your defination of these two yoga's is. Also, It would be very nice of you if you could enlighten us students of astrology as to what the effects of the two Yoga's are. Are there any classical text in sanskrit or kerala literature which speak of these two yoga's ?
