Fromyour husband's chart any time after mid 2012 that is starting of the jupiter dasa. But you have to go for medical intervention. I cant decide whether it is IUL or not but your chart shows progeny after treatment.

The time is good after oct 2011 when saturn goes out of the 4th house from the natal moon and transit jupiter from aries will also be aspecting it. That will be the time for you to go for a treatment in case you are not able to conceive naturally.
