I knew the Moon would be aspected By Lord Shani even before you could post her details. that is where the cunning comes from. But not everybody who has a saturn aspect on the moon is cunning, there must be some other factors to amplify this trait, that factor is Mandi's accociation with the moon and the fact that the moon is caught between Malefics.In the navamsha chandra is in aries whose lord is debilitated. Generally Shani's aspect on the moon gives the person the skill to strategiese and plan in advance, but her she is doing all this to hurt someone. This is because there are no other redeeming factors or benefic aspects on the moon.
This might look like a witch hunt,but it's not, I was taught that if you want to see how good a man or a woman will turn out to be, look if the Sun is afflicited by the nodes and take a look at Guru's position. Ravi as the significator of the soul is in Rahu's nakshatra and is conjunct with Ketu. I dont think I need to ellaborate more.
Kuja's aspect on the Lagna indicates that this woman will ever bend to any social protocols. Note Kuja is debilitated in the Navamsha. Guru is made redundant when you realise that he is in Ketu's nakshatra, and conjunct with Rahu in the 6th house. the Guru Chandala yoga is thus rendered doubly strong.
There is no point in beating around the bush,it's better she is left on her own, no point in banging our head to the wall. It does not make any difference to her anyways. Your brother needs to be strong and stand up to her, call a spade a spade and walk away if she does not toe the line.
