Dear Anilesh
Go in for the Jagannatha Hora, latest version. Use Lahiri ayanamsa and then see if there are any discrepancies.

Hello,
errors in divisional charts can be due to following reasons
1) principles of Vedic astrology are different from western astrology. So make sure that you use a software which is designed for vedic astrology. Or a software whose settings can be customised for both the methods and then you set it as desirable calculations
2) Difference in coordinates. Mostly there is some difference in coordinates of a place in different softwares. this can vary to a few minutes to a degree some times. In some cases these do not make big difference but in border cases this can lead to. Make sure that the coordinates are matching.
3) There are many types of same divisional chart. For example D9 is of three types: Parashara navamsha, kalchakra and krishna mishra. These all are calculated differently. Make sure the calculation method is matching.
4) Nodes postioning is different by default in all softwares. Some use true postions and some use mean positions.
5) Ayanamasya is an important factor. Western astrology softwares do not use ayanamasya but vedic astrology does. Even in ayanamasya, there are different ayanamasyas explained by different schools of thought. Indian govt supports Lahiri ayanamasya and PVR Ji recommends using Jagannath ayanamasya. There are many other too. choose one which you finds correct.
These are the common reasons for difference in calculations of divisional charts. there may be other reasons too which I may be missing
Sorry for mistakes
Regards
