Confusion in career

I M CONFUSED ABOUT MY CAREER. WHICH WAY IS IT HEADING DONT KNOW.

I ALWAYS WORK HARD BUT NEVER GET REWARDS FOR HARD WORK. SOMEONE ELSE TAKES IT WHEN THE TIME FOR REWARD COMES.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING??? ANY LEARNED GURU PLS HELP. CHANGED LOTS OF COMPANIES BUT NO HOPE. MY SALARY GETS FORFEITED FOR NO REASON MANY A TIMES.

WHICH PERIOD WILL BE GOOD FOR MY CAREER???? ANY ONE PLS GUIDE. ANY REMEDIES.

yes, since september 2004 and there seems to be no end to the problems.

birth jan 2 hence sun in dhanu rashi, guess could be in the 8th house and hence vrishabha lagna.

rahu is transiting over natal sun in the 8th with ketu in the 2nd house of finances/family to continue for a year more. this transit over the sun could impact your self-confidence and health, and domestic peace sun being lord of 4th house for home.

saturn which is yogakaraka is in the 5th house virgo in transit - 5th house saturn as karaka for employment matters while negating from the 6th house the karaka sthana is not considered good, intense now as retrograde till end May and could easen a bit then. saturn for fixed vrishabha lagna is a badhaka while transits the 5th house - could impact bhagya, children, romances.

jupiter has just moved to the 11th house of gains into own pisces while is also the lord of the 8th house for sudden gains, rahu is a giver too, while jupiter now aspects transit saturn in the 5th virgo - hence chance of sudden gains/gain of job now especially when jupiter in the 11th is mid-coourse sept-dec 2010. saturn is lord of the 10th house for career - while being in the 8th from the 10th hence chance there could be a gain after a job break perhaps.

these are some preliminary observations presuming it is vrishabbha lagna. posting a chart here helps.

could give karpoora aarti to mata durga daily, pray to lord ganapati too; light a til oil lamp in the evenings for saturn.

could offer once at a shiva temple on a wednesday evening immediately after sunset - 1.25kg green moongdal, 1.25kg wheat,
1.25kg black uraddal, 125gms white til, 125cc til oil to appease rahu, sun, saturn, ketu.

may offer a yellow shawl to shirdisaibaba/duttaguru temple on a thursday morning with 125gms yellow chanadal for jupiter's blessings.

vrishabha being the lagna with venus as the lord - may offer on a friday after sunset 1.25kg white rice for the blessings of the lagna lord venus.

Thanks kshantaram and aseem for your valuable inputs. I would further like to know what makes a person change so many jobs. I have changed as many as 25 jobs over the last 15 years. I try a lot not to change companies but situations turn such a way that people take advantage of my hard work and do not pay me well. Many people who join after me get good assignments and I am then left behind so i leave the company. Many a times i have seen that at the time of promotion, someone else comes from nowhere and he gets promoted. Which is the planet that is causing this in my case.

Kindly throw some light on these points if possible, a request.
