Debts, losses and no work

Hi all,
I had a very stable business and for reasons to be closer to family they made us move because of which we decided to close the shop and relocate.
My husband lost his job too and we both are incurring losses with no job opportunity to even pay our bills. I have been looking into leasing a store and starting up my business but no luck. When can I expect myself working or building my own store again.
