My mother's health has not been well for a long time now. She is suffering from auto immune disease. When will she get better?

Just so you are aware, your mother is in the midst of (3rd & 4th lord) Saturn/Shani-dev's Maha-Dasha (as per Vimsottari Dasha system) and seems to have concluded Antara of Mercury/Budha (placed in the 6th house of Roga-Sthana, from June 2022 to February 2025. He is placed close to Mrityu Bhaga and within the fatal Trimsamsa degrees, perhaps giving death like pain/feeling) and currently inching towards fag end of Ketu's Antara (posited in the Lunar Constellation of Jyestha Nakshatra, ruled by Mercury/Budha, until mid February 2026)...and hence the situation. But then, I'm inclined to think the health issue could be a bit chronic in nature, with Saturn/Shani-dev's involvement. So, upcoming Antara of Venus/Shukra (ruling the 12th house of Hospitalization/ Medical Expenses etc.) could provide some relief...but the issue will perhaps linger on, with some medical help/expenses.

For the records, Saturn/Shani-dev is Chara-Atmakaraka and hence his periods will be a bit challenging. Given the situation, it might also not be a bad idea for the native to wear Dhanavantri Yantra and start chanting Shri Shanaishchara Kruta Narasimha Stuti.

It is not easy to predict when recovery would happen. so follow medical advice.
Her current maha dasha of Saturn is afflicted and sub period of ketu is in operation till 3rd week of March. Take care in the period when Ketu period ends in March.
Offer prayers to lord Ganapati.
