The 7th house of the Rasi chart is aspected by malefics Mars and Saturn. The 7th lord is in its debilitation (neecha) house but getting a neechabhanga from its dispositor Saturn. It is in a rasi parivartana with Saturn also. It is aspected by Rahu and Moon. It is associated with Venus and Mercury.
In Navamsa, Lagna is occupied by Rahu. The 7th lord is in the 11th house aspected by Saturn and Ketu. The 7th house is occupied by Ketu.
Current dasa lord is Venus who is the karaka for marriage also. But Venus itself occupies the 8th bhava in both bhava and Navamsa charts.
Even so the antara of Sun starting March 2028 can give marriage to the native.

What you say is as per generally used methods. I follow the method of reading all divisional charts as independent chart like many other astrologers.
Hi,
I'm inclined to think marriage is delayed and not completely denied. There seem to be a few afflictions...and I'd specifically like to call out Rahu's foot-print, associations (more specifically with Ascendent or Udaya Lagna and Sukshma Parivarthana at Nakshatra level with Sun/Ravi, not to mention conjunction with Mars/Kuja and mutual aspect with Saturn/Shani-dev) and resulting influence. This is not to mention the associations with 8th house/bhava/lord.
On my part, I think it would make sense to validate applicability of Pitru Dosha and consider suitable remedies. Further, I don't necessarily like Moon/Chandra being adrift with very little support on either side of the flanks, while being strongly placed in his Swasthana in the Zodiac sign of Cancer or Karkataka Rashi... and indication of the native being a bit of a stubborn character with fixed views and rarely seeking/heeding to guidance from knowledgeable/experienced folk.
On the sidelines, I'm also concerned with the uncontrollable (whenever the native loses his composure, for whatever reasons) anger issue.

Given the strong association of Rahu with Sun/Ravi and the 9th house/lords (which Rahu co-lords anyways), I'm inclined to think the native is afflicted/affected by Pitru Dosha... something that might be negating any/other positives in the native's birth-chart. Many/most other learned souls consider lesser affliction to qualify the said dosha - something that would impact multiple facets of the native's life.. So, it is suggested for the native to consider performing the Dosha Nivarana Puja/Prakriye and/or related Vedic/Dharmic remedies, at one of the holy-shrines in India, where Mahadev Shiva is worshipped in the form of Atmalinga or Jyotirlinga.
I've heard of the same being performed at the following shrines:
1. MahaBaleshwara Temple which is supposed to house Mahadev Shiva's Atmalinga and is located in Gokarna, Karnataka
2. Trimbakeshwar, located in the Brahmagiri mountains of Nasik, Maharashtra
3. The sacred temple on the island town of Rameshwara, Tamilnadu
Further, I'm inclined to think other such sacred temple locations of Jyotirlinga (check list below) also perform similar Dosha Nivarana Puja/Prakriye.
