My atmakarka mars is placed in lagna of d9 chart . It is Virgo lagna and mercury is placed in 8th house in Aries sign . They both are in parivartan, so the parivartan of 1st and 8th is considered good or bad ?

Mars and Mercury are enemies naturally but temporary friends in your Rasi chart. The panchada maitri will be neutral. In this context, the interchange can be considered good.
