I have prepared for UPSC for 5 years from 2018-2023, but couldn't even clear prelims. I have completed my masters now. My father is insisting I take up the civil services exam again. For the 5th time. I am also considering it. As I am not getting any job in private sector either.
I don't know when I will get a job and have some control over my life and have some money of my own.

Your chart shows Lagna lord Mars conjunct Rahu in the 5th sign causing a Sarpa Dosha. The 10th lord Saturn is retrograde, debilitated with no cancellation of debilitation and sits in the Lagna. Sun, the prime karaka for Govt service is weak in both the rasi and dasamsa charts. It is also in the nakshatra of Moon which is again debilitated with no cancellation.
Under the above conditions, it may be difficult for you to get a Govt Job. UPSC exam may not prove fruitful.
In addition. Venus in the 6th, Saturn in the 1st and Moon in the 8th all occupy their Marana Karaka Sthanas. At least one karakatwa of each of these will be affected. Currently, Venus is your dasa lord and Saturn is the antardasa lord. Moreover, transit Saturn is in your 12th house of loss at present.
Moon and Jupiter are also affected by their being the lords of Dagdha Rasis Kataka and Dhanus respectively for your Saptami tithi birth.

On the sidelines, I'd also like to draw your attention to the Sukshma Parivarthana between Neecha or debilitated Moon/Chandra and Uccha or exalted Mercury/Budha (placed in his Moola-Trikona). It is perhaps an indication of inherent idiosyncrasies or intelligence and memory/mind not being in sync with each other. Further, Lagna Lord Mars/Kuja being placed in deep Gandanta degrees is not a good sign.
Given the situation, I'd like to reiterate the need for propitiating Maha-Dasha lord Venus/Shukra, and other afflicted Grahas/Planets.
PS: Please feel free to ignore anything in my response, that is not to your taste or liking. I'll be more than happy, if you were to prove my understanding to be wrong.

However, I am curious to understand what my chart says of my Karma.
I am suffering in every front. I am preparing for PH.D entrance for psychology as I have a Master's in psychology. However I am so unable to put my mind to anything. A marriage match I liked broke off and left me heartbroken.
Getting rejected in jobs interviews after the last stages.
Parents health is suffering.
I am literally stagnating. My mental and physical health is in shambles.
Suffered from Depression and anxiety for all my life. Therapy didn't help me, because it was so hard to open up for me.
Is my chart so unlucky? Have I done such bad karma in my previous life

Please re-read my previous post (quoted below). Hopefully, that will help you understand the underlying reason for your health problem. Given the situation, it would make sense for you to consider propitiating both Mercury/Budha and Moon/Chandra (along with practicing Yogasana/Pranayama/Meditation).
