Hello
what would be the effect of this conjunction ( Rahu * Mercury * Venus * Moon) happening in 6th house of Libra ascendant
Venus - Exalted and Debilitated in - 16 Degree U Bhadrapada 4th Pada
Mercury - Debilitated - 4 degree in U Bhadrapada Nakshatra 1st Pada
Moon - 24 degree in Revati nakshatra 3rd pada
Rahu - 3 Degree in P Bhadrapada Nakshatra 4th Pada
ALSO, this conjunction is aspected by Ketu (3rd Degree U. Phalguni 2nd Pada) from 12th House.
Will thius be considered as Neech Bhang Yoga or Double Neech Yoga
Neechbhanga Yoga or Double Neech Yoga due to Retro Exalted Venus and Debilitated Mercury

Hi,
All yogas are primarily formed in the natal chart in Vedic Astrology. Transits have a minor role in terms of influence, and that too is subject to Dasha hose role in 85%.
Thus in this transit without an inderlying chart an dasha its not fair to make any generalised statements.
