Rather than mentioning co-ordinates, please mention your place of birth. Your ascendant seems to be at the very beginning of Capricorn or it may fall at the very late degrees of Sagittarius

If you are a Capricorn rising and the time of your birth is accurate, you must have moved to a different place or travelled between August 2023 & September 2024. Otherwise, you can't be a Capricorn ascendant
