I'm struggling with various aspects of my life, including income, intimacy, and daily work. I find myself putting in excessive effort for minimal accomplishments.
I was ill for 14 years, I had faced prolonged health issues that hindered my ability to focus on my family business and plan my future. During that time, I was under the influence of Mercury and Ketu dashas, both of which had a profoundly negative impact.
Currently, I'm in Venus dasha, which I had hoped would bring positive changes. However, progress has been slow. Despite getting married and becoming a father during this dasha, I'm still waiting for significant improvements in my life.
Can anyone offer guidance or insights?"

For this experience I find that Virgo Lagna does not explain your experience of Mercury Dasha.
So a detailed Birth time rectification is needed.
