Does the neechabanga Raj yoga apply to this particular D7chart?

( Took a random example. I do not have the birth time for this)

First house - Lagna is Cancer - Venus, Ketu
Sixth house - Saturn
Seventh house - Capricorn - Jupiter, Mars and Rahu
Eigth house - Moon
Tenth house - Sun
Eleventh house - Mercury

In this case how do you determine the gender of the child as the fifth house lord though exalted, is sitting with a debilitated Jupiter and a malefic Rahu.
Moreover Saturn and Jupiter have exchanged places here, resulting in dainya yoga.
How do we assess these combinations?
Are these good or bad?
