Hi - I have been having trouble settling down in a job for the past four years. I have stayed in each job for around a year. It is extremely stressful for me. It seems so strange that I can get these jobs but after that the person who hired me thinks that I’m not capable. When will this searching for a new job end. I want to stay in a job at least three or four years.
Up until 2022, I have had good jobs and have done well as I am a good performer. I work in IT.

I am employed but very unhappy. My supervisor tried to fire me in 2024 with invalid reasons but HR got involved and reinstated me. I am trying to move to a team where the manager will be fair to me. It is not happening yet.

Thank you Sishya for the analysis and the suggestions. I truly do feel that Rahu/Ravi and Rahu/Chandra have been the worst antaradashas related to work in Rahu mahadasha for me. My troubles with work began a few months before Rahu/Sun antaradasha started and is still continuing. I find it unbelievable because I am a top performer and quite smart. I am a workaholic too. In both these antaradashas my bosses and a few others treat me like I am dumb but I persist to show that it is not true. It is so exhausting since it feels like I work all the time. Sometimes I worry if this will ever change.
I truly hope all this changes. I chant for Durga and will continue doing so.

For the records, both Sun/Ravi and Moon/Chandra are posited in the Lunar Constellation of Purva-Phalguni Nakshatra, ruled by Venus/Shukra. So, I'm inclined to think you would have started experiencing some effects even in his Antara - as also with the previous Antara of Ketu.
