Venus in 7th house has nothing to do with love life. There has to be a connection of 5th and 7th house for an love affair.

Given birth-details seem to place Ascendent or Udaya Lagan at the extreme edge of Capricorn or Makara Rashi, changing in less than 75 seconds. In other words, it is in a Cusp/Sandhi while being caught in transition. So, it would make sense to consider validation (and if need be rectification) of your birth-time.
On the sidelines, you've started another thread and the query you've raised there, it looks like you are concerned about career options to pursue. Here, you seem to be in pursuit of favorable results associated with 7th house significance... which seems to be a distraction in the context of your other query. Isn't it?
For the records, Venus/Shukra is neither in 7th House nor 7th Bhava, unless your birth-time is a bit later than stated - let alone astrological significance of Venus/Shukra being placed in the 7th house. In any case, you are in the midst of Jupiter/Guru-dev's Maha-Dasha (as per Vimsottari Dasha System). Jupiter/Guru-dev will be a functional malefic for the birth-chart, If the given birth-time is accurate. Both Maha-Dasha lord and Rahu have below par Vimsopaka Bala in Dasha Varga. So, it would make sense for you to consider strengthening Jupiter/Guru-dev and propitiating Rahu. On the sidelines, it may not be a bad idea for you to start practicing Yogasana/Meditation/Pranayama to develop more focus.
