The birth time is off by 2 mins... however it does not change the 5th Cuspal Sublord that is Ketu. For Child Birth 5th House Sublord is to be analyzed. 5th house is the primary house for child birth, 2nd house stands for addition to family member, 11th house stands for fulfilment of desires. Also Jupiter is natural significator of child birth

I checked for the sub lord of my 5th house, which is Saturn.

With given time of birth, the ascendant has just changed to sagittarius and is a borderline chart. A difference of 4 minutes separates from previous ascendant. so, you need to be very sure if the time of birth is correct as this may affect the readings.
