I'd also like to know will my first wife return to me if I approach her ...her details are
Dob :3/3/81 time :10:40 am place: mumbai..
if she doesn't return to me ...
then when will I get married again and what is my future, career and how many children will I have

Hi,
A quick review of your birth-charts indicate the following:
1. Udaya Lagna is placed 6th & 8th from each other.
2. Moon/Chandra is placed 2nd & 12th from each other. Currently the lady is in the peak of her Sade-Sathi and yours has also started recently.
3. Sun/Ravi is placed 2nd & 12th from each other.
Please bear with me, for there seem to be other afflictions and indications (more so with the lady's chart) that don't give me a good vibe.
All said and done, it might still not be a bad idea/thought, for you to go ahead and give it a shot (try) ignoring your pride/ego.

We got married on 11 th May 2015...on 25th August 2015 she left me...and on 4th August 2017 we got divorced and as for children I knew she was pregnant ..then what happened I don't know

In my first response to your query, I had suggested that it might still not be a bad idea/thought, for you to go ahead and give it a shot (try approaching her) ignoring your pride/ego.
In light of the new information and the timeline since separation, the above suggestion may not hold good... more with validating other aspects.
PS: On the sidelines, it might not be a bad idea to give some thought and dwell on the reason for separation.

A slight correction of my observation called out in the earlier post... Sun/Ravi for both the charts are posited in the Lunar Constellation of Satabisha Nakshatra, ruled by Rahu and hence afflicted. They are not in 2nd & 12th positions.
