I am posting this query on behalf of my relative. He is currently in India and trying for opportunities in australia. He has been trying for past one and half years at least. He has also hired a consultant by paying huge sum of money, but no progress is happening for him. The consultant doesn’t seem to be doing much to help him.
He wants to know if he can continue pursuing opportunities for going to Australia or just settle down in India. If he has chances to work and stay in Australia by when it could happen approximately? I request you to please advice. Details as follows:

Husband chart has very minimal support for foreign settlement. Dads of 11th lord Venus placed in own house has started, he should consider business. Family business if any will be beneficial. Is he a medical a professional?
Wife’s chart while has weak support for foreign travel, it is not good for career. Is wife’s education something to do with literature?

12th lord Mercury in 10th is the only supporting factor for Foreign settlement. I still believe strong 11th lord Venus Dasha favor business.
Given his Amatyakaraka is Mars and his education is also influenced by Mars, engineering and other Mars related profession should work. Is his current profession related to this. The other option is textile, chemistry or para medical related profession.

Hillrom,
Had time to study one chart . in husband's Cancer rising chart. The planet Mars is weak by combustion in 6th of service and jupiter is badly placed in 8th. further mercury ruling accounts and plays a supporting role to sun and mars is also weak by placement. There is difficulties indicated for job and business.
Current time is stressful and challenging for profession during October and december.
