Hi,
I've had a chance to cast your birth-chart and observe planetary positions/conditions. It looks very familiar - not sure if the same was cast earlier. Anyways, below are a few notes that are relevant for your situation:
1. Udaya Lagna is placed in Simha Rasi and posited in the Lunar Constellation on Magha Nakshatra, ruled by Ketu. Incidentally, it is conjunct Ketu, 12th lord Moon/Chandra and Mercury/Budha. Apart from being caught in the Ketu-Rahu axis, being in Sandhi/Cusp and at Gandanta degree is a matter of concern.
2. Lagna Lord Sun/Ravi is placed in the 12th house of Karaka Rasi and posited in the Lunar Constellation of Ashlesha Nakshatra, ruled by Mercury/Budha. Incidentally, it is close to Sandhi/Cusp and to Gandanta degree too - contributing to the weakness of the chart.
3. The Parivarthana Yoga due to placement of Lagna Lord in 12th and 12th lord in Lagna forms a strong Ashuba Yoga - invariably one such Yoga in a chart is an indication of "life being a bit of a grind".
4. To make matters grim, 7th lord Saturn/Shani-dev is placed in the 5th house of Dhanur Rasi and posited in the Lunar Constellation of Moola/Mula Nakshatra, ruled again by Ketu - who had a notorious reputation for detachment/separation etc. Incidentally, he is also close to Gandanta degree - possibly giving an indication or insight into the delay in marriage.
5. There is a strong malefic influence on the second house. Apart from that, 3rd lord Venus is posited in the Lunar Constellation of Aradra Nakshatra, ruled by Rahu and 11th lord Mercury/Budha being posited in the Lunar Constellation of Magha Nakshatra, ruled by Ketu is a clear indication of the strong foot-print of Lunar Nodes.
6. Current Maha-Dasha is that of Rahu and Antara of Mercury/Budha, followed by that of Ketu.
7. Situation in Navamsa does not seem to be very different.
In spite of factors listed above, I'm inclined to think there is delay in marriage and not denial - unless of course the native and her well-wishers give up for whatever reasons. That said, it would perhaps make sense to have a moderate or more reasonable expectations and be open to unconventional (inter-caste/culture and other such) alliances.
That said, it would make sense to consider seeking help/guidance from knowledgeable and experienced experts for suitable Vedic/Dharmic remedies for relief. In the interim (given Ketu's strong foot-print and on-going Maha-Dasha), it would help to consider offering special prayers on a daily basis to Lord Ganesha and Goddess Durga (or similar/Swarup of Maa Kali) with faith, devotion and a strong sankalpa.
