Marriage and character Of spouse

Hi all,

Could you please tell about marriage and nature of spouse if marriage is promised for this chart

Dob: 29 July 1991
ToB: 16:20
Place: Koppa, karnataka
Gender: male

I am a beginner in astrology and trying to learn from these charts. As per my understanding:
1) Ketu in 7th house is in pushkara navamsa, spouse will be spiritual and religious. It won’t deny marriage. But in navamsa Rahu is in 7th house, how to interpret this
2) 7th lord mercury is in 9th house and strong in navamsa. Spouse will be well educated in accounts, commerce or technology

I am not able to see other aspects like Spouse caste, nature, direction, possible date of marriage, Etc
