Hi Dhaval, I do analysis based on Krishnamurti paddhati.... with the given birth details I'm getting virgo lagna in hasta nakshtra and sub division of venus.

9th Cusp falls in Taurus Sign in rohini nakshtra and sub division of Ketu..

Lagna Lord Mercury is connected with 9th Lord Venus, as Mercury nakshtra lord which is Jupiter is the sublord of Venus.

Both Lagna Nakshtra Lord and 9th Nakshtra lord is Moon.

Lagna Sublord Venus and 9th cusp sublord which is Ketu is connected as Ketu falls in Libra sign ruled by Venus.

The birth time provided is accurate.

For Marriage I will see the 7th Cuspal Sublord which is Venus. Venus falls in Aries sign in Bharni Nakshtra and sub division of Jupiter.

Venus is occupying 8th house in bhava chart and is lord of 2nd and 9th. So venus which is the source planet for marriage event in this horoscope is signifying 2nd house(addition to family) along with 8th(hurdles/difficulties). Now Rahu is conjunction with Venus. Rahu will influence venus. This means there might be some confusion or clarity of though with regards to marriage is not there..
