With slight change in tob ,the antardasa will change to venus and it is lord of 2nd house which started from jan 2020 ,so he himself might have resigned is my view.further he is not that much in in attitude to take risk .
So business not suitable.and also as the chart is more prone for litigation
In my early message i mentioned to be careful ,about job .

Please confirm the ToB that you use that showed diffAD starting date.

I asked him and all he said was he got laid off.
He didn’t leave the job himself.

Oct 2020 to June 2023- His Raj Yoga starts considering we take 18:20 as his B.T.
So I think he might see ray of light regarding his career and marriage. More so, his Saturn and Jupiter transit will aspect 7th House which can improve his chance of marriage that he has been seeking.
