Guru Shani conjunction in Capricorn 2020-2021

Dear experts

Clarification on the following is much appreciated

1. Jupiter and Saturn together forms Dharmakarmadipatya yog partly in 2020 (when Jupiter moves into Capricorn for a few months) and fully in 2021 (next Jupiter transit). What does this mean? Because Dharma = Jupiter and Karma = Shani. But when Jupiter is debilitated then how can it be dharmic coupled with Shani? Will people start acting unrighteous? If yes, then what are the remedies?

2. Does the ill effects of the above conjunction get nullified by anyway (neechabang) when a planet like Mars gets exalted by transiting through Capricorn or let’s say by going into Scorpio or Aries in transit?

Neechbhang still occurs, because Saturn will be in its own house when Jupiter moves in capricorn. So I think it does hold some weight. More so, because these are bigger planets.
