I am working in software industry from August 2007 and have not changed company since then. Currently I am in a manegerial position leading large team and also playing my technical/engineering role to a smaller extent.
Now I am in dilemma as I have to pick a line of future career whether to continue to grow in Management role or to grow in technical/engineering area.
Requesting your suggestion based on analysis of my chart.
