Dear experts,
I have been really disappointed the way my career has been progressing so far. Throughout life I have always worked mostly in reputed large organizations and always earned good appreciation from clients, supervisors, fellow colleagues and even juniors. But this appreciation never translates into promotions or better positions or good hikes. My peers have left me far behind and this sometimes really demotivates me.
Also for a few years I have been having lot of issues with sleep, lately in the last few months, this issue seems to have magnified. My always seem to be very restless and though I won't say I have severe anxiety issues but mind seems to drift too much.
I am worried and I want to know if I will be able to rise career wise in life and also be able to sleep well and have a relaxed mind.
My details are below:
Gender - Male
DOB - 14th Nov 1977
POB - Agartala, India
TOB - 00:26 AM
What I could see is that my Lagna Lord Sun (3rd House) & yogakaraka Mars (12th House) is in debilitation. Are they the main culprits?
Do they cause a lifelong struggle?
But my 10th lord Venus is in its own house in 3rd. So why this struggle?
Also Lagna lord Sun & Venus are in same house in 3rd, does this benefit any way.
Really appreciate your feedback as I am feeling very demotivated.

I have replied earlier on your query. It is the debilitation of Venus and Sun the main culprits.
Further the strong planet Venus has already completed its maha dasa.
Now you are in the maha dasa of debilitated Mars in house of loss.

Just wanted to understand if the following points can give benefits career-wise.
1. Mars is a Yogakaraka for me (4th & 9th Lord), and being in 12th house it is 9th & 4th houses respectively from its owned houses, gaining strength - I see a Shadbala of 144 of Mars in JHORA.
1. Debilitated Mars gives 4th aspect to 10th Lord Venus, does this cause Rajayoga? (aspect of kendra/ kona Lord on Kendra Lord)
2. Debilitated Mars aspects debilitated Lagna Lord Sun in 3rd house - so doesn't this cause Neechbhanga RajaYoga
3. Debilitated Sun is conjunct Venus (but not combust) in Venus's own house - doesn't this also cause Neechbhanga RajaYoga ?
4. My 1st, 10th career house & 9th fortune house has AV of 35, 34 and 33 respectively, highest amongst all other houses.
5. Rahu from 2nd house, 2nd & 11th Lord Mercury (from 4th house), 6th & 7th Lord Saturn (from Lagna) all aspect 10th house of career.
4th & 9th Lord Mars (from 12th) and 5th & 8th Lord Jupiter (from 11th), all aspect 10th Lord Venus.
So, I understand that the planets Rahu, Saturn, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Sun & Venus are influencing 10th house of career - so is it a beneficial point for career?
6. In Navamsa, Lagna Lord Sun is in 11th house; 10th Lord Venus is in 6th house (4th & 9th house from its ownership).
Venus is also conjunct 5th & 8th Lord Jupiter.
7. In Dasamsa, Lagna Lord Saturn is in 10th House & 5th &10th Lord Venus is in Lagna - so basically exchange of Lagna & 10th house Lords. Isn't this supposed to very good for caeer.
Apologies for asking too many questions, but the above points do they suggest any benefic outcome from overall career perspective?

Wanted to understand Jupiter has turned Adhisatru (sworn enemy) of which planet under consideration?
Also in April 2020, my dasa will be Mars-Rahu-Mercury & I can see Venus would be in my 10th house.
Any particular reason why Venus can give benefits during this dasa.
