Supme, I've seen both the charts, I felt that remedies would help you. In both the charts 5th house from Venus (Sukra Achadana) is afflicted. In your hubby's chart it is poorly placed as well (from Lagna). In your case Sun isn't well placed in Navamsa (9th Lord for female). In your hubby's d7, 5th Lord Venus is debilitated & 5th house has Virodhargala from Jupiter.
All that said there are positives as well. I'm not versed in giving a remedy. Better to seek from experienced one's. And please search about Santana Gopala Vrata & seek for the experts help.
I don't see any wrong in Birth time recording in both the charts till Navamsa.

Yes it’s a love marriage. My MIL was against it at the time. Also, my in-laws live with us. There is a lot of their involvement in our house and relationship.
