effect of exalted combust and retro mercury in 12th house with Sun & rahu on father child??

Hello.

Girl born on 27th September 2015 @ 8:43 AM in Mumbai.

Libra lagna. Following conjunction of planets occur in 12th house.

Rahu 6° ................in Sun's nakshatra....uttarphalguni (3)
Sun 9°...................in own nakshatra.....Uttarphalguni (4)
Mercury 16°..........in Moon's nakshatra....hasta (3).

Mercury being Lord of 9th and 12th house is exalted combust and retrograde in its mool trikon sign in 12th house in Virgo.
Sun being Lord of 11th house is in 12th house but in its own nakshatra.

Further Moon and Venus are exalted in navamsa.

What are the effects of this combination on the native??
Can any one comment on this yoga in 12th house..Will it be beneficial or harmful??

Mercury being 9th Lord is combust retrograde but exalted....how will it act on the native?? Adding to that what will be the effect of Rahu in this conjunction. Further what will be the outcome on father child relationship??
