I am an advocate. I sorted jobs from Bombay to Delhi in 2014-2015. Since then I joined a good office with a good boss and have grown tremendously. I know I am good at my work but was unable to find opportunities which will help push me to the next stage of becoming an indpendent advocate
Post my Rahu MD and since I entered Jupiter MD, I have had a few opportunities of independent work. Since Jan, 2019 these opportunities increased. I know I have high potential and in fact am better than most of my peers whe it comes to strategizing and drafting as well as knowledge. however I have a major confidence issue when it comes to oral arguments in court. This is strange because the reason I became alawyer is because I was a good public speaker and debater through school and college. But I have a major confidence issue as well as a huge mind and speech connection issue which bits me down during oral arguments.as a result I am increasingly feeling loss of confidence and have shied away from great career opportunities. I have tried different methods of practice and confidence boosting but somehow it has not translated in court resulting in debilitating fear of arguments. Does this have something with weak Mercury. Want to understand what is pulling me back because I am unable to realise my true potential. How do I overcome this issue

I have consulted mental health professionals but have still not received the help I need. I shall keep working on this aspect.
I will also do the mantra remedy you have suggested. my previous long term stays in other countries were very poor experiences and so I continue to stay in my homeland albeit a different city from my family home. As for drafts and fact finding I have somehow never faced a problem when putting arguments or issues down on paper,at least not in a debilitating way. Somehow the problem occurs when it is time for oral arguments. It is as if I freeze on the spot and what I have prepared does not come to mind at the sight of the judge and in a full court room. Does this not have the potential to improve if I keep working on it. Will Mercury remedies help? I am very interested in being an arguing lawyer, and more interested in commercial, family law work. I also consistently do social justice work and enjoy it very much since I have the ability to keep emotions aside when doing such work.

Sorry for intruding, Mercury is Vargottama in his own Nakshatra & has got directional strength that is it's in Lagna both in Rasi & in d9 & The given Mantra is to strengthen Mercury, my question is, for what?

Vargottama is a concept that means a planet sustains the same energy through both D1 as well as any divisional chart (Not only limited to Navamsa) making the planet very strong.
Here, Mercury is a badhakesh (Obstructor) for the Lagna. Mercury is also in Gandanta so its in a deeply uncomfortable state.
If you notice Mercury is closely conjunct to Lagna. Mercury is not devoid of strength here but it is inherently inauspicious.
If you read my reply carefully, I did not suggest her to do Mercury remedy. I have prescribed her to do a Vishnu's Dwadasakshari Mantra.
Her Moon is in Shravana. Shravana is ruled by Vishnu; Shravana is connected to the mythological story of Vamana Avtara of Vishnu.
Current and upcoming transits of Saturn over her natal Moon are not favorable so I asked her to strengthen her Moon through connecting with Nakshatra Lord Vishnu.
Vishnu is also the presiding deity of planet Mercury.
Her lagnesha Jupiter is exalted in Mantra Sthana (5th house). She can realize the benefits immediately if she does the mantra with utmost devotion.
Planets in neecha avastha cannot relate their own energy with the environment of Rasi, so it tends to give negative results.
