Hi!

Sharing details of my husband, who has faced this situation 3 times since 2015 and in a similar pattern. He works in Indonesia and in start-up environment, thus exposed to lot of uncertainties and stress.

DOB: 23. OCt. 1979
Time: 9am
Place: Sangamner (Maharashtra)

Date of marriage: 15.2.2012
Birth of child : 5.9.2015

Background:
It began in mid Jan 2016 where he was informed that the company was going to close down in April 2016. He found a job with lower pay after big struggle and began working by September 2016. This job was stressful, bad boss and so on. He used to have 20 hours work days and worked on weekends too. Eventually, he was unable to cope with the stress by June 2016, after physically falling sick, quit the job. He again began searching frantically for the job and joined one by September 2017. This company was very good. He was happy with work environment and work was good. However, same story happened where they decided to shut it down. He was made aware of it in Feb 2019. They shut down operations in May 2019. Thus every year with exception of year 2018, he has been without work between May/June and September.
Even this year he had found a job and joined it in July (he's also facing challenges on personal front with his father being a patient of dementia and challenges that it entails) however the company is undergoing lot of troubles. Lot of key employees had not received pay. He didn't continue with the company because he felt if he is less likely to receive pay - might as well spend time in looking for a new job. Ever since he has been trying hard without any success. The company which he didn't join has contacted him again. Because several key people have left there on account of personal difficulties as well as non payment of salary. They want him to work for them at least for coming 3 months. At this point he has no choice because he has been trying hard without avail. However certainty of receiving salary is at best dubious.

He is a hardworking and devoted person to his work. He's known in his industry and his work has been praised in the past won good reward for that. He lost jobs largely due to reasons beyond his control except 1 instance as discussed. He had faced similar situation for the first time in Aug-2012-Jan 2013 period. However he found a job immediately back then without any disruption in Job.

My questions - whether he will be able to find a sustainable employment in Indonesia/abroad as he wishes or he needs to return to India ?
whether his career will be stable atleast in India? However from what we know of his industry, the environment there is worse than here.
Why do we see this pattern between May-September specifically Is there any reason?
Is there any remedy for him if his karma related to working is not good?

Psam,
Professionally the chart is weak due to debilitation of Sun and debilitation of Mars. So this pattern will continue whether he is in India or abroad. The placement in 12th has taken him abroad and is helpful if he is looking could settle in foreign lands. Current dasa of Saturn will bring discomfort regarding life and home in foreign lands. Further Moon and Mercury are also become weak in 12th affecting mind, finances, income and will not enjoy good friendships.
Remedies will work on different level so don't get obsessed with it.
My best advise is work with patience and focus on job. Understanding the weakness of the chart is most important and work/live accordingly. Good luck !

Thank you Sir for your immediate reply!

Wanted to ask you, since his Ketu period begins next year and Ketu is in his 4th house - will moving back to India be a better move for him. He personally doesnt want to move back. His industry back home is in fact in worse shape than here but living abroad given such situation has its own set of challenges.

Thank you.

Psam,
Hope you read my reading properly. I will say again living abroad or India will give the challenges for his job.
Since he has 4 planets in 12th with Venus in own house he will be able to stay abroad with some comforts.
He is young to comeback. Earn well and, more more importantly take care of health as he has 4 planets in 12th will trigger health problems at some stage of his life which will increase his expenses.

Ketu maha dasa will give some concern and worries. Change of place / relocation is seen in 2020. Take decision as per the situation. Till then continue abroad.

Good luck

Thank you for the heads up sir!

Though I worry what continual disruptions to his career must already be doing to his mind and health. He is a very strong man so far but day by day its getting hard for him. I wish there was some relief for him. Anyway, thanks a lot
