I'm posting this on behalf of my friend.
They are looking for her marriage from past 2 and half years but nothing got clicked.

Her birth details are as follows
DOB: 20th Sept 1995
Time: 08:20 AM
Place: Kumta , Karnataka
Query:
When will be marriage going to happen ?
How will be the spouse ? Known person or unknown ?

Lagna is in border as i am getting libra slight change in timing will change ,all events some past events may be furnished

Presuming the time of birth is correct ,then marraige can occur after sat in transit enters Capricorn .it will enter Capricorn in the year 2020 jan .so can occur in the year ending of 2020
