Looking at the natal chart, lagna lord (sun for leo asc) is in the 6th house along with all benefics, without any malefics aspecting it. Jupiter is also aspecting Mars with the 9th aspect.
This represents native will have great success in dealing with health matters/dealing with enemies.
Since you are looking for career, we look at the 10th house, as well as the D10 chart.
10th house in natal chart's lord (venus) is in the 6th house, with Jupiter aspecting the 10th with the 5th aspect. Saturn is aspecting the 10th with the 3rd, and in conjuct Ketu, further enhancing the attributes of Saturn. Both are in a friendly sign, but are in the 8th house so would bring 8th house qualities into the career.
