Any chance of marriage?

Dear astrologers,

Please take a look at this chart of one of my friend.

Time of birth: 5.10 a.m.
Place: Coimbatore, TN
Date: 19 June, 1983

How is the marriage prospects for this guy? Will he have chance of marriage or if he gets married, will be there marital disharmony or separation? And if so, what would be the severity?

A brief summary of things that I know about him:
1. In his venus dasha, he got many marriage proposals from grooms, but he rejected all those proposals citing silly reasons. That time when he got proposals, he had a full time work. Now he has started doing freelance work for little bucks as part time. Also he gets money from the rent of some houses left by their parents.
2. He has a chronic alcohol problem. Till now he drinks daily. I hope he leaves the habit soon.
3. Lost both his mother and father. But asset wise, their parents have left him with houses, so he gets rent and money out of it.

With venus debilitation and sun and mercury in 7th house, I see very slim chance of his marriage is my view. He is a christian. Till now no dating experience or love. So he has only option of arranged marriage. But somehow he has rejected many before and always comes up with skeptical view of the girl he meets.
