Could you please help me with a 4 step theory analysis with regard to my career. I'm a little confused at the moment with regard to career and hence thought I'll seek your help to see what holds astrologically.

By profession I am a Chartered Accountant working in the finance domain in Chennai, India. I have also qualified company secretaryship (ACS) and Cost Accountancy (ICWA). I was working in Shell Oil & Gas from Mar 15th 2013 to Nov 2nd 2018 and from Nov 5th 2018 I've been working for Philips, the electronic major which is now more in to the health care industry.
Questions:
1) I am looking to migrate to Canada via PR and am targeting around mid of next year say Jun 2020. Is the possibility of moving abroad to Canada strong and favorable in my chart?
2) I initiated the process of submitting documents in 2018 itself but however I've been postponing writing my IELTS exams which is an important requirement in order to migrate due to work commitments and other issues. I'm planning now to give the exam this upcoming month of Aug to avoid further postponing. Will it be a good time to go ahead and write IELTS in about a fortnight or so?

Just one thing with regard to the IELTS exam. I was planning to actually give it around Mar of this year but then work got me occupied coupled with the Rahu transit in Mar. Since then I've actually been having serious issues with regards to concentration and have hence been postponing it unnecessarily.
I now feel it is not fair to keep on pushing it further as this is an essential criterion for the migration. I am planning to initiate the PR documentation at most by September and hoping for no more delay.
I have not yet booked my dates for IELTS but definitely want to give it a shot very soon and also hopefully secure a good band. Since you mentioned Aug not being a very good time with regard to exam can you suggest a favorable date in the upcoming time period (Aug- early Sep)?. I was planning to book it on the 1st of Aug but as per my own estimation and since you also mentioned from astrology PoV that it does not seem ideal to generate a good band score, do you think I can postpone it by 2-3 weeks maybe say give it on 22nd Aug or so?

In 10th and Plus 2 she scored good. In the entrance exams of various types, she consistently scored bad...
As a result Engineering in good colleges is out of question. On payment seats we are not interested.
She got seat in Geology in Central University, Karnataka. It is Geology-Geology-Geology, without any Physics/Chemistry/Maths combo. We didn't take
AT PRESENT IN BSC Physics-Chemistry-Maths combo. Later in PG can change to more focused field OR if there are any vacant seats in Engineering in good colleges, will jump!!!

@skrajiv... your dasha/bhukti planet is mercury and in mercury it is rahu anatra till 29th Nov,2019... these 2 planets are significator of 3rd along with 4th and 9th.. so postponing does not make sense.. transit only act's provided it get's guidance or green signal from dasha lord/bhukti lord/anatra lord..

As predicted spot on by you, my IELTS band score did not reach optimal. I was a bit nervous and missed an important part and I ended up with an overall 7 band score. I'm having one small issue which I would be very grateful if you could answer. This agency person who was doing my papers feels this is too low a score for some reason and is not wanting to proceed further. On checking in net, it seems more than a decent score. Do you think I should take matters in to my own hand with regard to the application? This person is asking me to take exams again and come up with a 9 score which with my confidence right now coupled with bad time, I'm not really sure if I can achieve that.
Hence I wanted to check with you if I should take this process on my own or depend on this external agents with regard to this PR? Thanks once again for all the help.
