Would you be able explain the concept of ashtama erashtaka and whether I am going through one? Please if so, how do I respond to such a bad period?

Place of birth: Colombo, Sri Lanka.
In addition to the above, I would like to know if I do have a second marriage? And if so, the period in which that is likely to take place?

Please help me to under this concept as I’m trying to understand why I have a legal battle that keeps pending from 2017. The battle is on my divorce case which revolves around my child. My husband keeps postponing the case. One astrologer told me that i would see an end in September 2019. Please I really appreciate if someone could confirm this.
I’m addition to this do I have prospects to go overseas for good anytime soon? I’m really trying hard to migrate.
I really appreciate if someone could shed some light on this matter

From your answer, could it be said that;
(1) my legal battle would not end till the ashtama shani period is over and Would it not be in my favor?
(2) would I have no overseas opportunities during this period?
What should I do to help this situation?

I have received a settlement terms from my husband which are not entirely to my satisfaction. Since the evidence is in my favor, my lawyer is asking me to wait for a further time period to see if he would be able to agreed completely on my terms.
The court has fixed the next date of the case in September 2019. But on that date if I state to the judge that I am not happy with the settlement they offer, the court would fix the matter for trial which would fall after November 2019. As you mentioned, the favorable Jupiter period would then be over and I would only have the unfavorable Saturn transit till January 2020.
Please be kind enough to advise me whether, it would be best that I settle the matter during my Jupiter transit or since the overall Venus dasha period is alright, I could wait too?
My husband is very unpredictable. He changes his mind so often and does not care about the wellbeing of me nor my baby.
I’m very anxious about reaching this settlement as I know I won’t be safe from his cruel treatment. I just want to find the better period.
I filed the divorce on 28th February 2018.
I could safely derive that I have few blessings and great many misfortunes during this period sir.
